Roadheader series product is modern mechanical equipment for roadway excavation, covering over 10 specifications, types of light weight, medium weight and heavy weight with cutting power of 50KW to 315KW, cutting hardness of f4 to f12, which is applicable for the rapid excavation of coal, semi-coal and whole-rock roadway with cutting cross section of 3.8 to 42m2 and also applicable to the excavation of other mines, highway, railway and roadway of water conservancy project under similar condition.

EBZ220 boom-type roadheader is mainly used for fast heading of coal roadway, large-section semi coal-rock roadway or tunnels, with a maximum positioning cutting area of 34m2.

The first conveyor, shovel plate and the rack are combined to form a four-bar sliding mechanism; lifting or dinting of the shovel plate will merely cause slight length change to double chains of the first conveyor, with smooth connection between the shovel plate and chute;

 The first conveyor adopts oil cylinder for tensioning, card board for locking and dual spring for buffering, with convenient operation, stable and reliable tensioning;

The second conveyor adopts reasonable space design and front-mounted swivel pin for connection to accommodate to its large transportation volume, avoid interference among "walking, turning and rotating" and coal leakage during transportation;

Patented looseness prevention technique is adopted for the part of connection to enhance the reliability;

The hydraulic system adopts constant power control, pressure shutdown control and load sensitivity control, with its hydraulic elements adopting imported products of international famous brand;

The electrical system adopts the new-type integrated protective device and modular design, with the function of dynamic liquid crystal display in Chinese characters and function of hydropower closure; the electric cabinet adopts anti-shock design.
