| Working principle:BCJ-15 Porous granular ANFO explosive site mixing and charging truck enters the blasting site loaded with porous granular ammonium nitrate and diesel oil; at the site, the raw material is mixed according to the vehicle system and then is charged into the blasting holes. The technological process is as follows. (1) Load porous granular ammonium and diesel oil into the workbins and then drive the charging truck to the blasting site;(2)Start the hydraulic system and adjust the hydraulic system pressure to the required value. The operator use a portable controller to swing and revolve cylinder to make the mixing screw aimed at the blasting hole automatically; (3) Enter the ANFO explosives loading page, and set the charge quantity for a single hole and then click the button “automatic charging”. The charging system will start mixing screw, oblique screw, mixing screw and diesel oil pump according to the program setting order. Diesel and porous granular ammonium are mixed and then delivered into the blasting holes by mixing screw. When the charge quantity reaches the setting value, the charging will stop automatically and the charge quantity for a single hole is finished. (4) Move the truck to the next blasting hole, repeat step 2 and 3 until all the charging is finished. |
